Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Luc Wood Energy GmbH, Hagebuttenweg 9, 01169 Dresden, phone: +49 1517 5758383, email: info@holzholz.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Because our goods (firewood in bags or as bulk material) cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, we will collect the goods from you. You bear the direct cost of the return; this corresponds in amount to the delivery cost charged to you for the original delivery, as shown on your order summary.
