Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across Germany with our own fleet. Enter your postcode in the configurator or further down the page — we'll show you right away whether we deliver to you, and at what price.
How is the delivery price calculated?
The delivery price is based on the road distance between our nearest warehouse and your address. After entering your postcode you'll see an estimate; we confirm the final price at checkout based on your full address.
How is the wood packaged?
In sturdy bags, ready to burn and kiln-dried — straight into the fireplace or stove.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
